Customer support

Open the floating Support button on any page to send your email and a description of the issue. You can also email lanmeiop@163.com directly. Replies are sent by email.

Help us find your story

For generation or payment issues, include your order ID or task-page link, selected duration and what happened. Keep using the browser where you created the order so it can access your guest creations.

If a request needs review, do not pay for the same story again. Never email card numbers, passwords, API keys or unnecessary portrait files.

Privacy requests and corrections

Use the same support address for data access or deletion requests, questions about your photos, content corrections or rights concerns about an embedded creator example. Tell us which page or order is involved. We may need information to verify that a request concerns your own data.
