Using the service

Zombie Couple Video provides an AI story-generation workflow and informational guides. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our privacy notice. Use the service only where lawful.

Permission to use portraits

Both depicted people must be adults who consent to appearing in the generated video. You must have permission to upload and process the photos. Do not submit images for deceptive impersonation, harassment, exploitation or infringement of another person’s rights.

You retain your rights in your submitted photos. You authorize their processing by the service and its generation providers to fulfill your request. You are responsible for the rights needed to publish your inputs, output and any added music.

Orders and prices

Watching examples, previewing photos and saving a story brief are free. Video generation is a one-time paid purchase, with no subscription or login required for this workflow. The current amount is shown before checkout and on Waffo’s cashier; taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

An 8-second video costs $6.90; 15 seconds costs $9.90. A previously created checkout can retain its original amount. Review the actual cashier total before paying and start a new story if you want the current offer. Payment verification is required before portraits upload and generation starts.

AI output and progress

AI output can vary in likeness, movement, framing and timing. Reference videos and creator examples illustrate the intended story and do not guarantee an identical result. Review the completed clip before sharing and disclose that it is AI-generated.

Progress displays confirmed workflow stages, not a precise percentage of model computation. Time estimates are approximate; provider queues and retries can extend them. Once the server confirms generation, you can return to the same browser’s My creations page to check it. Keep the page open until photo upload and submission are confirmed.

Failed jobs, refunds and duplicate payments

For a confirmed generation failure, the service attempts an automatic full refund through the payment provider. Refund processing and arrival depend on the provider and payment method. A request whose submission is uncertain is sent for support review rather than automatically submitted again.

If your task reports a failure, needs review, or you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support with your order link. Do not pay again for that task. Changing your mind or being dissatisfied with an AI result does not automatically trigger the failed-job refund workflow; contact support for review. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law or the payment provider’s applicable terms.

Downloads and deletion

Download finished videos you want to keep. Completed or failed creations can be deleted individually or in a batch after confirmation. Active jobs cannot be deleted through this control. Deletion clears site-visible resources and local drafts while preserving payment and refund records, and cannot restore removed local photos. It does not guarantee deletion of provider-hosted files or downloaded copies.

Third-party content and service availability

This service is independent of the creators and tools shown in examples or guides. Their names and content belong to their respective owners. Third-party services have their own terms and policies. Availability depends on hosting, payment and generation providers; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a fixed processing time.
