Who this notice covers

This notice describes data handled by the Zombie Couple Video website at zombie-couple-video.org. For privacy questions and requests, contact lanmeiop@163.com. Third-party checkout pages, AI providers and embedded social platforms also apply their own policies.

Portraits and story settings

Photo previews and story drafts are stored in your browser. Before payment, checkout receives file metadata such as type, size and a SHA-256 digest, along with duration, aspect ratio and your permission confirmation. The photo files upload to our service only after payment is verified.

Uploaded portraits are processed through fal.ai for character preparation and Wan video generation. The workflow also processes the generated video and reference audio. These providers receive the media needed to perform those steps. We do not use your submitted portraits to train our own AI models; this does not make a promise about every provider’s retention or use. See fal.ai’s privacy policy for its practices.

Orders, payment and security

We store order identifiers, payment and refund status, selected settings, generation status and result links to run your order and provide support. Waffo processes checkout and payment details on its own pages. Our generation service does not collect card numbers.

A secure browser cookie named zombie_guest identifies the guest browser for up to 30 days. It lets the service check ownership of orders. A pseudonymous identifier derived from this browser identity is also shared with Waffo to associate checkout with the guest and support cancellation. IP-derived identifiers are used to limit checkout and support abuse. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes network requests. Account-free access still depends on your original browser cookie.

Browser storage and retention

Story drafts containing photos expire after 24 hours and are removed when the draft database is next opened. Server portrait links expire 24 hours after order creation; scheduled cleanup removes the uploaded portrait data. Timing can depend on job processing and retries. Generated media held by providers follows their separate retention practices, so download videos you want to keep.

My creations and analytics event-deduplication records use local storage. Creation listings remain in that browser until you remove them or clear site data. Deleting a completed or failed creation removes its site-visible media links, uploaded portraits and local photo draft. Payment and refund records are retained to process transactions and resolve issues. It does not erase copies you downloaded, provider-held files, backups or records providers must retain.

Analytics and social embeds

Google Analytics 4 loads on the production domain to measure page visits and actions such as checkout and generation. Our custom events exclude portraits, email addresses, filenames, prompts and raw order identifiers. Page parameters and fragments are removed from our analytics page values; purchase identifiers are hashed. Google may process device and network information and use analytics cookies. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our configuration. See Google’s privacy policy.

Instagram and TikTok examples are third-party embeds. Loading them connects your browser to those platforms, which may receive your IP address and device information and set cookies under their own policies. Browser privacy settings can restrict these connections or cookies.

Support messages

The support form sends your email, message and the public page path to our support mailbox through Resend. Query strings and fragments are excluded from the page value. Support correspondence is kept to respond to the request and resolve associated order issues. Do not send sensitive information beyond what is necessary.

Your choices and requests

You can clear site data in your browser, delete eligible creations in My creations, or contact us about access, correction or deletion of data associated with your order. Clearing cookies may remove access to guest orders; keep your order link and contact support before doing so if a job or refund is pending. Requesting deletion does not automatically cancel an active job or refund a payment.

Your rights depend on applicable law. We may need to verify your request and retain transaction records where required. We update this notice when relevant practices change and show the updated date above.
